Jeffrey Johnson is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with a specialty in Pain Management.
Jeffrey began his education at Northern Illinois University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science with degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry. During his undergraduate years, Jeffrey was a key researcher in organic chemistry, macular degeneration, and cataract formation. After finishing his bachelors degree, Jeffrey worked extensively with the elderly population as an emergency responder at a nursing community. Jeffrey then began his post-graduate education at Midwestern University. He graduated with his Master’s of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies. During his schooling, he worked extensively with the geriatric population and with patients suffering from chronic pain. Additionally, Jeffrey conducted research on deep brain stimulation therapy in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
As a physician’s assistant at Premier Pain & Spine, Jeffrey is excited to be working with a highly trained team of physicians to diligently provide comprehensive care to his patients. Jeffrey is committed to providing thorough patient education and works tirelessly to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. He is dedicated to providing multidisciplinary modalities of treatment for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain. Jeffrey’s clinical interests include: peripheral neuropathy, migraine headaches, and palliative care.
